I'm excited about my glucose test.
 

2 months ago I had blood work done and my doctor told me I was insulin resistant. I had a fasting glucose of 104. This morning I checked my fasting glucose and it was 83!!! That number is awesome!

I guess it's safe to say my IR may be reversed as long as I continue to stay on SB. I go back to the Dr in 4 months to get tested again. I cant wait to show him how well I've been doing.

Congrats! My numbers changed very quickly, too, after I started SBD and continue to be very stable.

i was having troubles with having fits of low blood sugar (like a rollar coaster) and had been having issues with IR too and this diet fixed both problems. (I.R was my first time on it) Congrats on fixing your problems
