I'm Amy, new here. I don't know you Jen, but I'm sorry for your loss
I've tried South Beach before but never really stuck with it, stick-to-it-veness is not my strength but I am going to start with Phase 2, I think that will make things easier to stick to even though I know it is recommended to start with Phase 1. I am going grocery shopping today and I am going to buy what is on plan according to SB. The only thing I see myself going off plan so far is with raisins, they have a lot of iron and I'm iron def. anemic. Anyone have any ideas for snacks to bring with you like for lunch to work that are on SB?
