Chicken broth, spinach, egg whites mixed with parm cheese and some herbs. That's all good right? Im pretty sure there isn't a limit as to how much eggs we are allowed in a day.
Sounds good to me. You could throw in some thin strips of Zucchini as noodles and some thinly sliced mushrooms. Check out the Phase I Food List in the FAQ section for more things you could add. We also have Phase I soup recipes in the Recipe section.
