Finished Phase 1
 

I finished Phase 1 and on my day 15 weigh in, which was yesterday, I was down 13 lbs! I'm very happy.

I won't have the means to grocery shop until Thursday, so I'll have a few more days on Phase 1 foods before I attempt a Phase 1.5.

At the start I told myself, "It's only 2 weeks!" and by the end I was saying, "There's no way I'm failing on day 11... 12...13...14..." and poof, I was done!

Side effects of Phase 1: I'm addicted to Green Monsters. I usually have to make myself eat because I'm just not in the mood for a snack. I have more energy. I love that even at night before bed, I'm not hitting the 190s on the scale. and I can't wait to get my counter now.

Fantastic! Remember this feeling for later, because there may be a time with frustrating plateaus and evil temptations - positive memories have helped me to be strong during the tough times. =) Congrats on an incredible loss!
