Is Panda Express OK for Ph1?

Hello,
I was wondering if I can go to Panda Express while on phase 1. I would choose the vegetables and the green bean chicken. I just don't know if it is allowed.
Does anybody have good ideas for fast food items that are ok?

If it has any sauce at all then it contains corn starch and probably has some sweetener so definitely not on Phase 1 and really not even Phase 2. If you can get Chinese food without sauce that would be safe but kind of dull. Sorry. I'm sure other people will have some suggestions for fast food.

the green bean chicken looked like the safest option when I was at the airport the other day, only they were out of it. I don't think it's Ph1 safe though.

Thanks! It does look iike there is a sauce that probably has starch. I will keep looking for other options.
