B 3 egg/tomato/cherry pepper/cheddar cheese omelet, 2 iced coffees w splenda and light cream S cocoa/banana extract smoothie w almond milk, nf plain greek yogurt, chia and agave L kale/red onion/red lentil/chicken breast in creamy tomato curry sauce S lf ricotta and natural peanut butter D lean beef cheeseburgers (no bun) and zucchini "pizzas" I work with some Muslim girls who are in the middle of Ramadan right now. Part of the "holiday" involves fasting from sunrise to sunset and I think that I may participate in my own fast instead of my third day of p1 tomorrow. One of the girls suggested fasting only on Fridays for those who are not Muslim but want to participate... I think for myself I will start my day with coffee (because I'd like to avoid the caffeine withdrawal headache at work) and allow myself to have water throughout the day (they are not allowed to ingest ANYTHING, even water). But then not eat anything, even after sunset. Then continue to p1.5 Saturday... |

Today was the worst day ever. It was bad starting on the metro and didn't end until I got to Whole Foods to get dinner.

my martini and shrimp last night caused a small gain this morning. going to run a bit before my strength training class to hopefully shed that water weight. my family and I are having lunch with a few of my husband's professors and the local district attorney today...we're going to a little cajun restaurant...i'm hoping they have some lettuce.
