I am one of those people that gets about 15 minutes a night to jump on here and get recipes, encouragement, and I just want to say thank you to all of the people on here that make time to post, whether its recipes or tips, you are such a blessing to me and I am sure the others like me!! You need to know how much you keep me going and I am so THANKFUL!

I wholeheatedly agree!! Eventhough i dont post as much i still check in everyday and always feel so grateful for everyone who makes this sbd forum what it is. Literally dont think id be going as strong as i am without it. Lots of love!
