My staples are -

nonfat Greek yogurt
beans! beans! beans! of every kind, but my favorite are chickpeas
bags of baby spinach
salad makings
a variety of fresh vegetables
chunky peanut butter
fire roasted diced tomatoes
Laughing Cow cheese
unsweetened vanilla almond milk
