My staples are -
nonfat Greek yogurt beans! beans! beans! of every kind, but my favorite are chickpeas bags of baby spinach salad makings a variety of fresh vegetables chunky peanut butter fire roasted diced tomatoes Laughing Cow cheese unsweetened vanilla almond milk |

Top with a poached egg, and add a side of ww toast rubbed with a garlic clove. Fifteen minutes start to finish, only two dishes dirtied. OMG YUMMMMM!!!! |
