Finally, after a month
 

I got on the treadmill! Through May, I was exercising an hour per day, 5x per week, and then...I let June get away from me. I just never resumed after my vacation. So, today I got back on the metaphorical horse. Hopefully this will help me refocus and drop these last 10 pounds. I haven't lost weight in weeks now, but that is entirely my fault for not working hard at it.

Good for you! I too am struggling after being away and other events, it's so hard sometimes to get back into the routine. I'm not gaining, which is good, but I'm not losing either. Gotta get back to running! Keep at it.

I'm in the same boat. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost either. Unfortunately, it had been so long since i'd exercised that I felt like I was going to throw up for an hour afterwards.
