  • Last week was baaaad!

    This week, I want to stay on plan every day and exercise 5x!

    15 Crazy cravings... but stayed on plan!
    16 Nope. Didn't do it. Was ok until 8pm... then we went for ice cream. D'oh!
    17 On plan. No exercise.
    18 on plan, no exercise.
    19 On plan WITH exercise

    jog 5 miles Sun or Mon
    Ultimate Tues or Thurs
    jog 5.5 miles Fri or Sat

    I think I need to find a babysitter . . . this exercise thing keeps taking TIME!

    18: ✓ (I should probably catch up with the exercise... right..)

  • Ok, it's time for me to account for my actions again. Had a completely off plan day yesterday and have no idea what brought that on so back to the basics I go.

    My goal for the rest of this week will be to:

    1) eat no more than 1 cup of ff plain Greek yogurt a serving.
    2) drink at least 64 ounces of water a day
    3) not buy any of the no sugar added fudge bars which I know are triggers for me.

    Since the weekly challenge has cooled off quite a bit and I'm heading on vacation, I'm just going to integrate my goals for next week with the On Plan thread I think.
