Gearing up for Monday!
 

Hi,

I am getting ready to start P1 on Monday. Just wanted to say "hi"!

I really must do this! I also am going to get my thyroid checked as I am hypothyroid and my doctor has not been doing a lot of labs (just TSH) to check it.

Good Luck!! I'm hypo too and haven't been too stringent on more testing. I guess I'd like to see when we find my accurate synthroid level if it does anything for me.
I've loved this way of life. I'm a month or so in and feel awesome. The energy you'll feel is worth it enough. I already can't wear a pair of jeans anymore cuz I'm sick of pulling them up! Can't say the same for all of them, but I will one day!
Just a reminder you might get a little SB Flu a couple of days in, so remember: Dairy, beans, and water!
