And...I have lost 11.9 lbs! :carrot:

That is very nearly 50% of my goal! Just goes to show that I was holding a lot of water and garbage that needed to get out of me! I feel so good!!!

I will have DHs results in the morning, as I have been doing evening weight and he has been doing morning weight.

Thanks for all of the support ladies! Not planning to eat much different tomorrow, but have a date with a glass of wine (don't worry, just one)!

Thanks , Ladies! Just had my first glass of wine in a while! I am excited to have a little fruit and grain added into the diet, but don't feel like p1 was all that horrible. An apple for a snack sounds great, though!

Fyi - dh weighed in at a loss of 14 lbs! I haven't seen him below 280 in quite a few years, and now he is only 1 lb away! So awesome!
