I'm most likely to order rye bread when out at a restaurant. Whole wheat breads available at restaurants are rarely whole wheat so I was wondering if rye was a better option. There is actually a restaurant near me that does grilled cheese in a convection oven rather than grilled, so they are not at all greasy - that is what I was thinking about having! Did you know it is National Grilled Cheese Sandwich month?

Most of the commercially prepared rye bread in the U.S. has white flour as the first ingredient. Here's a link to info about it:
