First day of phase 1.5

  • woot woot after a clean 2 week phase 1. I lost 7lbs! Ahhh the cravings are mostly gone again although I tell you I am so looking forward to my oatmeal! I sooo missed it!
  • Completing a clean phase one is no easy task so you can be very proud of yourself. Remember this feeling you have now for when things get a little hard as they all do for us now and again. Keep up the good work.
