Barely made my March goal of 1,000 minutes and there is one less day in April but I need the exercise so will up my goal to 1,100 minutes for this month. May the force be with me!

1 - 45 Worked in yard weedeating, raking, picking up and hauling leaves for about two hours. Claiming 45 minutes cause I take a few breaks

2 - 45 walking
3 - 45 walking remembering my mom on her bd...miss her.
4 - 47 walking
5 - 45 I have to be walking faster because I going further in the same amount of time. Guess that's a good thing.
6 -120 walked nonstop around the outside (front and back) of the shopping center which took an hour, then spent 3 more hours shopping most of which was nonstop. My feet are talking to me!
7 - 55 walking
8 - walking and the pair of honkers are back! Hoping they will decide to nest on the island in our pond.
9 - 0 - won't be walking for a while cause I fell last night and sprained my ankle

10 - 0 - ankle is a bit better so hope it won't be long.
11 - 15 - testing out sprained ankle.
12 - 45 walking and 30 lifting, hauling and dumping rocks.
13 - 0 - raining and just didn't feel up to exercising today.

23 - 0 - Won't be exercising until further notice because I'm back in Afib
