suicides would be incredibly difficult in my living room - it would get irritating having to move around furniture and stuff. What about burpees?

Walmart. I'm not sure about those stats about breast cancer but the rest is accurate...I've read a lot about them. I just buy the cheaps ones and if they break (I'm on my 2nd in 6 years) I just get another. Might be $25.

I just ordered one!!!! How do I get started on this? Kmac, can you direct me to a website that sets out a plan? I justified this purchase by telling myself my son can use it too (so it doesn't join the fitness equipment graveyard).

LOL!!! Good for you...try this link!

http://www.howtodothings.com/health-...exercises.html

Don't be surprised if you can't do a long time on it the first few times. It's killer on the legs but fantastic for the lymphatic system!!! I do at least 5 mins a day no matter what else I'm doing and really cellulite just goes away! Seriously!!! Have fun!!!

Thanks I am SO PSYCHED. Do you think it's reasonable to try to start with 5 minutes and eventually work up to 15-20? Increase by 1 min. per day? Start off every other day for the first couple of weeks?

Yes, I do. You may be able to do more....You will be breathing heavy and your legs will be so tight. You don't think jumping on a trampoline is that tough but it is. And remember...no need to jump high. Sometimes I had punches while I jump. I alternate feet and jabs. Let me know how you like it!!!!
