day one gone

well i did pretty good day today but this is the worst time for me ..i ate my supper before i fed the family and so i am full but so want the meatloave but it has bread crumbs and a sauce made with brown sugar!! but once it warms up i can walk while they eat!! well hope everyone has a great nite

definitely eat with the family in the future. if i don't have something to eat, i always pick at their food.

also, there are some great phase 1 appropriate meatloaf recipes that you can partake in also.
