Beans - how many servings per day?
Good morning :)
How many servings of beans per day can you have in phase 1? The book says "start with 1/3 - 1/2 cup" but I find that a bit vague. Does the book mean 1/3 - 1/2 cup per serving or 1/3 - 1/2 cup per day? When I do my meal plan, I am finding myself picking meals or snacks that involve beans. My question is, how many 1/3 - 1/2 cup servings of beans can you have in one day on phase 1? Answers on a postcard...:carrot: Thanks! |
The book means per day until your body gets used to them - they do have "repercussions". After that, I think there is no limit although we must remember they are fairly high calorie.
(Hope you don't mind I didn't do this on a postcard. It costs nearly a buck to mail one to the States. :rofl:) |
