I just read about this on one of the threads below, as a snack suggestion.

If this is ok on Phase 1, would sure appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction to the actual recipe!

This is a regular in my house now, even though my boyfriend prefers normal pizza. Tough shizz, this doesn't give me stomachache afterwards. Bonus!
