Hummus?
Is hummus safe for phase 1?
Obviously I would need to check the labels carefully to make sure it's as unprocessed as possible, but assuming it's only chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice, is it okay? I know these foods are all okay for phase 1, but I'm not sure if somehow the combination of them might not be... |

Honestly, I don't know if I could have made it through Phase 1 without hummus. Enjoy it :)
