I'm on phase 1 southbeacher, another week of it, I actually like phase 1.

a combination of south beach and weight watchers, though i'm not counting points anymore and just focusing on south beach phase 2. i found i wasn't losing anymore on weight watchers since i really don't have much left to lose.
