I completed Phase 1 today and am down 12 pounds! I dont think that phase 2 is going to be much different just going to be adding more fiber to the diet.

I'm just starting the 2nd week of P1 and am already trying to work out what to do next. I have weirdly kind of enjoyed the last week and have gained control of my food instead of other way round. I think I'm a bit scared that its too early for me to be sensible about the amounts of P2 stuff I end up introducing.

I am thinking of using the keto sticks as a physical indication of what I can 'get away with' on P2.

I also still have plenty to lose so will be on this for some time, so might do P2 for a week, then do another week or 2 of P1, just so I don't get too bored with the limited menu long term

I'm totally with you on fear of phase II - today was D1/PII for me, and I did have oatmeal for breakfast (so good).

The most difficult part for me is that I've already stalled....I've been 164 for almost a full week; although, this is a 6 pound loss, so 3 pounds each week? Makes me worried that I won't loose on Phase II if I add some carbs back in

I am bad for sticking to a phase 1.5 life style rather that a full on phase 2.
I have fruit most days but only 'breadcarbs' every once in a while... For instance, I wont have any bread all week, then on Saturday I will have a treat and use a small ww tortilla to make a flat bread pizza.

I have, in the past, been notoriously bad when it came to bread/rice/pasta dishes, and for me limiting them works the best, however I would never cut them out all together for a long period of time, because they are a part of a healthy balanced diet.

At least thats my thoughts on the matter.
