Well, it was painful and I'm exactly where I was 7 years ago.

My house is "purged" of the evil food and filled with the good food. I have the water sitting on the counter ready to be consumed for the day.

I have gone over the site with a fine tooth comb looking changes in the SBD.

Welcome back to 3fc! It takes a lot of courage to face that scale again. I am back after some months off, and I would guess that the majority of us on this site have stopped and restarted at points. I know you'll do great!!
