Hi Chicks!

My apologies for being such a TERRIBLE communicator, I have not logged on or checked in over a month but I have just been sooooo busy (I know, I know, we are all busy).
I hope you are all doing great and on target! I was just a tad naughty over the holidays but I didnt do too much damage.
One of the reasons I jumped on today is because I just picked up a copy of the Supercharged version of the South Beach as well as the Quick and Easy cookbook and I have to say, if you don't have either of these GO NOW!
They are awesome books, even if you have been on the diet for awhile like I have been. I have so many new recipes to choose from now and since I am a desert lover, seeing the new additions on the cookbook and the supercharged book are invaluable.

I hope you all had a nice holiday and happy new year!!
