My goal is to walk with the dogs at least 3 times a day while walking around the walk path twice (did that make sense).

Next week I'm willing to tackle Leslie Sansone for her WATP for abs...

my goal is to run the broad street run in philly this may! I just signed up saturday and I am so excited! I have been running for a few weeks and now the real training begins. I hope to loose some of the extra weight I have gained by doing SBD and be in tip top shape by race day! Woo Cant Wait!!:]

Alright everybody, today is the last day to try to reach your goal. It was close for me, even w/ a 5K in there, but I made my goal today while enjoying a nice leisurely stroll w/ my mom and dog through the park behind my house.
