The last time I was at Whole Foods, I had some cooked, cleaned shrimp suggested to me by a salesperson. It was half the normal price so I bought a pound and just had shrimp cocktail for 2 days. There are recipes for cocktail sauce
here, but I basically just mixed no sugar added ketchup with horseradish sauce and some lemon. I also did the Mexican restaurant version, with diced shrimp, avocado, salsa fresca and tomato juice. Yum.
Anyway, I haven't come across good shrimp since then, but
a search for "shrimp" in the recipe section yielded a lot (hopefully that search link works) [ETA: sorry, looks like you can't link to a search; it worked when I checked it before]. Some of the Phase 2 recipes could work, too, without rice or pasta or whatever makes them Phase 2... I also remembered a recipe I posted this summer for
Sesame Shrimp noodles, which didn't show up in the search. It uses soba noodles, but you could leave them out, add more veggies, serve over shredded sauteed cabbage, or use shirataki noodles.
Oh, and unrelated to shrimp, I found broccoli pancakes at the end of that search list and I am going to try those tonight!
