Yes, good reminder! I don't want to just blow it! I want a little bit of moderate indulgence that allows me to eat what others have prepared just on a few particular days throughout the holiday season. During the holiday season there will be a lot of opportunities to say no, that's for sure! I am going to try to carefully select just the few times when I will have small portions of "the good stuff." |
