I am not sure about anyone else here but I came to South Beach from Atkins. (And ******* too but that's another long story) and the hardest part I am having trouble with is not worrying about "natural" carb counts. So if it's truly whole wheat bread I shouldn't worry, right?
That the biggest thing we are watching is fat grams? That I don't care about the carbs as long as everything is natural?

Yes, I've read the book. I still track everything on The Daily Plate, I'm Type A personality so that stuff is important to me
Can someone let me know what I'm worrying about? I would appreciate it!
Edited to add I find it hilarious that diet name I mentioned is a bad word- as it SHOULD BE!!!
