22 pounds is nothing to sniff at Okie! Congratulations on your loss!

I'd hoped to loose 5 lbs a month and be at a normal BMI (140) by tomorrow morning. I'm at 141.5 today though so it's not likely I'll make it.

I am soooooooo happy to report that I met and exceeded my goal of 270 by year end! Weighed in this morning at 268.5! Right on track and looking forward to a new year with new accomplishments.
