I liked it fine. Wasn't my favorite...but if hearts of palm weren't so expensive I'd probably make it again. I put much more dijon mustard than was called for...I felt like it needed more flavor. |

coffee w/sf creamer 3 egg & spinach muffins 2 morningstar veggie sausage patties Snack 1 1 cup celery w/ wedge of laughing cow cheese 12 oz V8 juice - low sodium Lunch 2 c. black bean soup 1 c. hearts of palm salad Snack 2 early gray tea 3/4 c. lf cottage cheese Dinner 1 glass white wine ( I know....bad, bad, bad..bleh) 1 c. refried beans w/2 T. LF Sour cream Chicken w/taco seasoning and salsa (so good) 1 c. Celery w/ 1/2 c. hummus Dessert sf butterscotch pudding w/cool whip free (now I know SF pudding is a no-no...oh well...watcha gonna do?) |

1: chocolate cherry smoothie with extra spinach 2: vita top (it's been one of those days) 3: went to a local boucaniere with my husband for lunch. had half of a pulled chicken sandwich and some sweet potato fries. 4: thai peanut chicken lettuce wraps exercise: 60 minutes of REALLY intense step cardio. i was thoroughly exhausted after. |

OK, yesterday didn't exactly go as planned, so today I'll eat what I had planned yesterday :)
Phase 2, no grains B - coffee with almond milk, rinsed cottage cheese with fresh grapefruit segments L - Romaine leaves with lowfat tuna salad and some kalamata olives, brewed white tea S - celery with Laughing Cow light S2 - raw walnuts and almonds with 1/2 an apple S3 - dried green beans D - HUGE salad with grilled tofu on top |

B-2 eggs, high fiber pancake with sf apricot preserves L-flatout pizza with spinach and broccoli D-porkchop, creamed spinach, sweet potato chips |
