I am trying to get back in swing of things and lose some weight. I always seem to do better when I watch my carbs. I have joined southbeachdiet.com, but was wondering if there is any benefit to belonging to that site? I have the original book, but just wondered if any of you here also belong there?

I don't belong on there but I hear it's pretty much a money-making operation and that all the stuff you need is on sites like this one!

its just another way for them to make money. i thought about joining the site as well because i wanted to get back on sb diet. but then i realized i have all the info i need about sb in the book. and its much cheaper to just buy the sb cookbook if you just want reciepes and you can interact with other sb followers right here of 3fatchicks and track your weight with the tickers.
