Question about SNACKS?
Hi All,
I started the South Beach diet yesterday and was wondering if you can go over the two recommended snacks?? or is this bad?? Thanks in advance ~ Jo ~ |
Eat when hungry on Phase I. Try to include protein and veggies with snacks. I ate every 3 hours or so. Three main meal, three snacks, or however suits you. Keeps your blood sugar on an even keel.
