First time on this board. Moving into phase two, looking to add some exercise into my plan now. I have no clue what kind of goal to set, so I'm just gathering "baseline data" to help me set a goal for next week. Hope that's groovy. Should mention that I'm a total newb when it comes to exercise.

1 40 minutes walking laps at the park

3 55 minutes of silly workout videos
4 55 minutes of silly workout videos + 15 minutes on arms

5 55 minutes of silly workout videos + 15 minutes on arms

6 65 minutes hiking
7 55 minutes (LS, BB-A) 15 minutes arms
8 45 minutes (LS, RS)
9 45 minutes cardio, 15 minutes arms
10 40 minutes
11 45 minutes on the treadmill at the Y with mom

12 60 minutes cardio (a medley from different Kathy Smith videos) and 7 minutes stretching
13 50 minutes cardio, 15 arms
14 50 minutes cardio
15 45 minutes cardio, 15 arms
16 45 minutes cardio
17 40 minutes cardio, 15 minutes arms
18

19 45 min cardio
20 45 min cardio
21 50 min cardio, 15 min arms, 10 abs, 5 stretching
22 50 min cardio, 10 minute lower body, 5 stretching

24 30 min cardio, apparently it's my lazy day

Hello, I'm new here but really like all the support so far.

I'm gonna try to join this challenge!

Goal is 1,000 minutes

6- walked 2 hours ( at a fair- really four hours but some sitting and standing- 2 of real walking)

Ok, I am in again too. Holiday weekend is over and I didn't exercise at all so I am starting with today. My eating habits have been terrible. I need to focus and regroup. Too much beer (dang football games....) and too many carbs but I am on it.

Sept. 7- Speed slimming sculpt (25 min)
Sept. 8- Rock it Off (25 min)
Sept. 9- rest day
Sept. 10-Rock Solid Buns (25 min)
Sept. 11-12- rest and recover from weekend days....lol
Sept. 13- Speed slimming sculpt 30 min
Sept. 14-22-I have been a very bad girl...please someone push me off this lawnchair.....

I did go over 10,000 minutes for the year today! Waaaaay behind on my hour a day for the year, but still it's nice to see that.
