First time on this board. Moving into phase two, looking to add some exercise into my plan now. I have no clue what kind of goal to set, so I'm just gathering "baseline data" to help me set a goal for next week. Hope that's groovy. Should mention that I'm a total newb when it comes to exercise.

Trying to get back in this thing hardcore since my move. I ran a 10K in July but have not been consistent since I completed the race~ so I'm BACK!

Hello, I'm new here but really like all the support so far.
I'm gonna try to join this challenge! Goal is 1,000 minutes SW 316 GW 175 CW 306 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5- walk 40 minutes 6- walked 2 hours ( at a fair- really four hours but some sitting and standing- 2 of real walking) 7- RODE A BIKE! ( which was amazing for me!) for 25 minutes 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 |
Total so far 1205 plus bike time to be totalled at end of month(still need to add!)

Ok, I am in again too. Holiday weekend is over and I didn't exercise at all so I am starting with today. My eating habits have been terrible. I need to focus and regroup. Too much beer (dang football games....) and too many carbs but I am on it.
Sept. 7- Speed slimming sculpt (25 min) Sept. 8- Rock it Off (25 min) Sept. 9- rest day Sept. 10-Rock Solid Buns (25 min) Sept. 11-12- rest and recover from weekend days....lol Sept. 13- Speed slimming sculpt 30 min Sept. 14-22-I have been a very bad girl...please someone push me off this lawnchair..... |

I did go over 10,000 minutes for the year today! Waaaaay behind on my hour a day for the year, but still it's nice to see that. |
