making food for tomorrow. DH leaves so early for school that I just can't function, so I make him something tasty the night before that he can just heat and eat. I'm making lunches for all of us as well.

Throwing together a sort of veggie chili/hash for my lunch tomorrow (although there is so much of it that it might turn into breakfast and lunch). Mixed some chopped peppers, onions, broccoli, spinach and tomatoes with some homemade salsa and black beans. it is really yummy!
