I have had such a change in my entire thought process when it comes to eating and when im full and what makes me feel good since doing sb for about 4 weeks now! i spent the weekend with my girlfriends at the beach and was very very nervous about the type and amount of food we'd be eating.
turns out all the good decision i made at home really carried with me to the shore! i was able to keep up my portion size and say not to frosting and pretzels!!
