*raises hand* Count me in the people who discovered a wheat sensitivity after being off it for awhile. For me it's almost all about inflammation, body aches and joint pain. I have the same reaction to sugar. I really limit wheat products to no more than three or four servings a month.
The wheat allergy test relies on antibodies so if you haven't been eating a "normal" amount of wheat it will come back negative. I wasn't about to eat a lot of wheat for two weeks before mine. We use castille soap too. My Mom always laughs because my Grandmother used it for everything :) I use peppermint for outside days because mint soap does discourage bugs a little (and every bit helps) and lavender the rest of the time. DW uses it for laundry too. I love Common Sense, it's thicker than Bronners. |
Trying the Ezekial bread (fingers crossed).

Cyndi, i'll have to try Common Sense. I would love something a little thicker for bathing.
