I don't eat cold cereal. I usuallly eat oatmeal or hot oat bran cereal.

I can't get it in the stores near us, but I did find it once while on vacation a few years back. I finished the box but wouldn't buy it again, I didn't care for it.

I eat steel cut oats or steamed veggies & beans most mornings but I do like cold cereal when I'm traveling or in a hurry.

My favorites are Kashi GoLean and the Ezekiel 4:9 cereals. The Ezekiel cereals are kind of pricey, (I paid $6.49 for the last box I bought), but they're filling so I eat a smaller serving and the box lasts a while.

My current favorite breakfast is vanilla yogurt with the Ezekiel golden flax cereal stirred into it. Very yummy.
  • I love Kashi Go Lean, but it doesn't stick with me very long. The Ezekiel cereals are great, and they do keep me satisfied until lunchtime. But my very favorite breakfast cereal is good old fashioned oats. I like to measure about 3/4 cup of them into a bowl and the same amount of unsweetened vanilla almond milk to them, cover the bowl, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning I just add some fruit and maybe some nuts, and I'm good to go. Sometimes I microwave them to warm the oats. This breakfast always keeps me full and satisfied until noon.
  • I like Kashi Golean
