Far too much sugar and processed flours. I don't find cereals in general to be a good breakfast (imo, for me) but, if you do want cereal, follow the guidelines in the book. A good one to try would be Uncle Sam or Kashi (not Go Lean Crunch).
Fiber One and All Bran are pretty good-not alot of sugar and high fiber. You really have to read the ingredient and nutritional labels. It's amazing how much sugar is added to just about all breakfast cereals.

No, I've never been. I get my tea from TenRen in Rockville. They have the best tea in my area anyway.
