My mom and I started SB last Monday 7/12 and I have been lurking here for motivation since then. Thanks to all of you.
I lost 4.4 lbs on the first week of SB and look forward to my week 2 results.
My SW is 244.6 and my goal is 170. I am a past weight watcher, but I can't seem to get back on track.
After just one week on SB, I am happy to say my cravings for sweets no longer exist, and I feel really healthy and energetic.
Can I extend phase 1 for 2 more weeks if I wanted to?
PS. My mom lost 3 lbs for the first week.
