Hot and Sunny July Exercise Challenge

  • It's July, the sun is out and the days are long. It's time to put away the excuses and grab your sneakers, bike, kayak, rollerblades or bathing suit. What's your exercise plan for the beautiful July days?
    This is a great place for experienced exercisers and newbies so whether your goal is 3000 minutes or 300 minutes if you are a Beacher please join us. Regular exercising is the key to turning exercise into a healthy habit. This is a great place to keep track and stay accountable.



    Okay, June pretty much stunk for me. Way too many days off for oh so many "good" reasons. It's time to get back on track.
    Goal: 2000 minutes with at least 10 minutes every single day, weights 3X/wk

  • This is my first month joining this thread I'm almost a full month on SB and have lost 10 lbs and have developed an addiction to swimming. I want work out 5x a week for 60 mins.

  • Late to the game, as I have been away, but at least I had some activity on my vacation. Same goal as last time, 1 hour/day = 1860 for July.

    Current Total: 1790 ugh - I missed my goal by 70 min
    But on the bright side, I never thought I'd be at the point where I consider *1790 minutes of exercise in a month* a failure
