Soya Nuggets
 

The healthfood store didn't have TVP
but they had nuggets the only ingredient (i think) is soy I'm goign to make "cereal" with them to put in some greek yogurt

are these Kosher? err in a beach sense not a kosher kosher sense

If all they are is soy I would guess they are safe for all phases. I've never seen the nuggets, just granules and regular TVP.

From the cannister they're primarily used to bulk up baked goods but the protein was good and so was the fiber so I figured they were worth a shot

they sound like the soy granules I found a few years ago.

BTW - nice to see you around here again. been missing you :)
