I found a neat site today, Lovingraw.com and was cruising around looking at recipes etc.
While there I found a page of videos and I thought I'd share one of them.
Over the years here the subject has come up time and time again about people..friends, family members and coworkers who have comments to make about what we eat, how we eat etc.
I LOVE this guys attitude and advice on the matter. Great advice.
BTW he used to weigh over 400lbs. I think it's much better to go with his way instead of sarcastic retorts to people who say stupid things to us. Whatcha think?
