So I track what I eat online (Bodybugg) The amount of sodium that I am consuming is very high, especially compared to how I was eating before. I ate very little dairy products and not as much meat. Do you think that is causing the sodium increase? I'm not adding salt to anything.

I have been tracking my food on fitday for about a month and also have higher sodium intake than is recommended. Meat does not seem to have much. But for me, a lot comes from cheese and beans. Actually, now that you have me looking at this more closely, it seems that fitday adds sodium, assuming I have it in the food. But my beans are not canned so I don't add any. And My broccoli, for example, shouldn't show as high as it is. So maybe you are having a similar faulty count.
