Just venting, my apologies

  • Went on a little vacay this weekend and literally allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted. Refuse to go on the scale, cuz I'm sooo scared what it will say.

    Should I go back to Phase 1 for a few days or just continue with Phase 2?
  • I would just get back on the horse so-to-speak with Phase 2. If you are having cravings, you can always go back to Phase 1 and "detox." don't beat yourself up that you went on vacation and had some fun...but realize that you are home now and focus on your goals again.

    I agree with Hil. But if you start cheating or overeating or craving, best to go back on PH1 for a bit, IMO.

  • I always go back to Phase I for a few days, even though I'm kind of on Phase III now. Helps eliminate the bloat from the indulgence and gets me in the right frame of mind to get back on plan.
  • Well luckily the was only a 3 lb. Gain!!! Guess its back to phase 1 for me for a bit
