Put some buttery topping or spray and some spices (garlic & onion powder & oregano) on the cauliflower and make sure you drain it really really well after boiling to get all the extra water out.
I've also been snacking on a "coleslaw" like thing I make with a bag of cabbage salad (red & green and white cabbage) and I mix that with tiny cut up broccoli, cauliflower, celery, etc. and put some mayo and lemon juice and vinegar and mix it up. It's a nice change from the green leaf salad
