L - giant "salad bar" salad - with dark leafy greens, edamame, blue cheese crumbles, sunflower seeds (just a little), shredded carrots, pepper, broccoli, grilled tofu, olive oil (little) and balsamic vinegar for dressing, 1/2 a sprouted-wheat bagel, nsa frozen fruit bar
S - nf greek yogurt with 1 oz almonds & walnuts
D - tomato & cucumber salad, grilled salmon, steamed cauliflower
S/dessert - SF pudding made with 1% milk

B- bite size shredded wheat, 1% milk

S- mediterranean salad, 1/2 packet mediterranean dressing

s- 3 cups popcorn , a bit of lite margarine and a bit of shredded parmesan
Ok, I'm giving this a shot - I feel like I ate a lot today, maybe too much? I also eat dinner really late, so I need the afternoon snacks to get me to 8:00pm.
Phase 1 - day 3
B- 2 egg muffins (with a teeny tiny bit of portobello mushrooms, green onions, and RF cheddar cheese)
S - cottage cheese single serve
S - 30 pistachios
L - salad with grilled chicken breast, string cheese cut up, olives, onions, cucumbers
S - celery with 2 tbs natural peanut butter
S - 4 shaved thin slices of turkey
D - chicken breast with RF mozz, homemade pesto, and tomato; tomato/cannelli bean side; arugula/onion/cucumber/olive salad with 1 tb blue cheese dressing.
B- Overslept, when I got up it was to close to 'lunch time' for brekkie
L- *Pizza bites, chick pea salad (w. cukes, tomatoes, onion, oliveoil & red wine vinegar) & a glass of skim milk
S- Cauliflower (raw) with a little ranch
D- Ham Omlette & a big mix salad with a glass of skim milk
S- 1/3 of a huge banana cut into 'coins' smeared 1 side with PB and put to 'coins' together to make lil' sandwiches... yum!
*Pizza bites - I put 15 Turkey pepperonis under the broiler til they started to crisp. Mixed together a little nsa tomato sauce w/ chopped green peppers and onions and spooned small blobs into centers of pepperonis.
Topped each with a small pinch of lf mozzarella and put back under broiler til mozza started to melt..... a very tasty appitizer!
B-steel cut oats, blueberries, NF milk
L-spinach and field greens salad, pork tenderloin, ranch dressing
S-greek yogurt, strawberries
D-chicken salad wrapped in swiss chard (if my CSA delivery comes in time!)
S-Dove SF chocolate
B - cheese stick, v8, hot tea w/splenda & milk
S - almonds, apple slices
L - chili, cucumber salad, SF jello
S - red pepper strips & hummus
D - crack slaw
a milky beverage sometime this afternoon/evening
Exercise: an outdoor walk if the rain eases up, wii fit or treadmill if it doesn't.

D- Ham Omlette, a ton cauliflower with 2Tbs cheese sauce, 1 heaping scoop of bean salad (w/ chick peas, cucumber, tomato, olive oil, redwine vinager & salt to taste) & a glass of skim milk
S- Lrg glass of wine, pepperoni chips dipped into salsa mixed with a little lf cream cheese (very caloric snack...the wine made me super munchie)
* Finally made the bean muffins today (flavoured with maple extact)... the flavour was excellent, tho the middle was gooey, I even threw them back in for an extra 15 mins ontop of the 40 mins I'd already cooked them... still gooey.
Phase 1.5ish
Last day of school am a little frazzled. On the good side, more time off to exercise coming soon... if the rain stops
