B- 1/3 c oatmeal with 1/2 scoop protein powder, splash soymilk s-coffee (that oatmeal was v. filling) L- zone bar (hospital) s- famished from no food, got a small chili at wendy's , coke zero S- creamy chicken bake from SBD recipes (first time trying it, smells awesome) D- if hungry, apple with splenda-cinnamon |
