Sugar free this or that
 

Quick question - When I have my sugar free jello I get this empty feeling in my stomach (even after having a chicken salad), and I get a little dizzy - then it goes away. It only happens with the jello or if I have any sugar free soda. I'm thinking it's the sweetener they use? Does it happen to any of you?

I'm used to the yellow packet one and it's the only one that doesn't give me that effect...but not always I find products sweeten with this one - advice?

Try Diet Rite soda made with Splenda and see if you notice a difference.

i don't get that exact feeling but never feel good after eating things that contain aspertame. i just try to stay away from it, easier said than done with calorie counting though!

I've never had a bad reaction to artificial sweeteners but a lot of people do.
