Cream Cheese Q.
 

This may be a silly question, but I wanna make sure before I spend the money... on the ok food list is states we can have lf of ff cream cheese (1-2 tab serving I believe)

My question is: Does it have to be plain cream cheese or can we use the flavoured kind? (ie: herb and garlic)

Check the nutrition facts... If they're the same as the regular lf/ff cream cheese then it should be fine. I'm sure some have added sugar (like the strawberry kind) and that would be a no-no. Hope that helps! :)

I don't know this post will be too late for you but from reading the information on the kraft website it seems that they offer light garlic and herb and light chive & onion which according to the ingredients would be an alternative. The other light options have fruit puree or carrots (garden vegetable one) in them, which as far as I understand aren't allow :)
